South coast developments in Barbados

Ocean One

Ocean One is a recently completed 21 beach front condominium in Maxwell. Ocean One sold out shortly after the building was completed in September 2007. The contemporary style of acrhitecture used at Ocean One was embraced by many as it was a very different and distinct style not seen in Barbados. When seen from the Ocean One, anyone that doesn't know what building it is commonly ask, "Wow, what building is that?". Love it or not, Ocean One is an architectural landmark on the South Coast.

Ocean Two is another beautiful building designed by the Ocean Living team. Ocean Two is a condominium-hotel. What that means is while you actually own the unit, you are given 3 months usage in a year and your unit is rented in the hotel's rental pool for the remaining 9 months. Owners are paid 50% of the revenue of their unit less expenses.
