There are still a few developments under construction on the South Coast. Most of them are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2009 and the others scheduled for the first half of 2010.

With the economy still in uncertain territory, we haven’t heard or seen of any new developments. Developers are waiting for the economic situation to turn around and for current inventory levels to decrease.
