The property is entered by stepping up onto a large covered veranda which leads into the lounge area. This terrace area has a sofa, chairs and coffee table for evening relaxation as well as table and chairs for outdoor dining. Ceiling fans and outdoor lighting make this a comfortable alternative to entertaining indoors.

Running the length of the villa and accessed via the main lounge area is the sun deck. There is ample room for everyone to relax in the sun and cool off in the huge 12' x 15' private plunge pool.

The light and airy lounge area has been furnished in light wood reflecting the local Caribbean style. The lounge is equipped with cable TV and DVD surround sound along with a well stocked DVD library, games box and a wide selection of reading material.

Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, the large dining table will comfortably seat eight people. Ideal for breakfast and informal dining or dressed for more formal occasions.
