Recently renovated & refurbished, Leamington features a/c bedrooms and en suite marble bathrooms as well as numerous sitting areas. A memorable formal dining room opens out onto the pool & garden area.

Leamington Pavilion has beautifully landscaped grounds providing natural privacy and a large swimming pool with two elegant poolside gazebos for dining or relaxing; there is also a tennis court and small gym on premises. Golf at Sandy Lane is only ten minutes away.

The highly trained staff will ensure your holiday in this luxurious setting is a truly carefree and relaxing experience. There is a reef which is great for snorkeling in front of the Pavilion and good swimming a short distance to the north.

NOTICE

Please be advised that a developer has recently (August 2009) begun construction of four apartments on the adjoining property to Leamington Pavilion and Cottage. The heavy ground works are due to be completed by mid-December 2009 and from that date building will be going on. We cannot guarantee that there will be total peace and quiet. The actual site cannot be seen due to the large number of mature trees on Leamington’s boundary and some days could be noisier than others. The owners stayed at the property in October 2009 & were hardly bothered by the building noise. The site boundery is approximately 30 yards from the south side of Leamington Pavilion - and the Cottage is near the boundary and therefore closer to the site – but the Cottage is right on the beach.

There is very little that can be done to address this situation and the owners are offering a considerable discount of 50% off RAC rates which is valid util April 14th 2010, there after there will be 30% discount from 15th April 2010 - 15th December 2010. Once booked there would be no further refund of any kind. But please keep in mind that Leamington Pavilion and Cottage have recently been completely refurbished and the villa is kept in immaculate condition and has wonderful staff including a butler, chef, housekeeper, maid, gardener and night guard. The Cottage has a cook/maid. There is also a beach in front of the garden and we have noted that the noise is considerably less on the beach. There is also a tennis court and an air-conditioned gym with the Pavilion rentals and both the Pavilion and Cottage have pools (the Cottage has a plunge pool).
