Directly on the beach, Colina Del Mar is located on the fashionable west coast of Barbados, renowned for its shimmering white sand beaches and crystal blue sea. The house is approached through wrought iron gates and a coral stone courtyard. Double grilled doors open to an inner foyer featuring a hand carved stone console.

The foyer leads to the grand living room and formal dining room which is floored in Italian tile and elegantly furnished in a European tradition. A staircase leads from the living room to a large balustraded terrace. Here the Caribbean sunsets can be enjoyed from lounge chairs or around the outdoor dining table. Try out the 9' x 11' plunge pool or snorkel directly in front of the villa.

One of the three air conditioned bedrooms is accessible from the ground floor. It is sumptuously appointed in the European style with two twin beds and has a bathroom en suite. Two spacious bedrooms, one on either side of the terrace, are Master suites. The French bedroom has a double bed. The Bajan bedroom has a queen bed.

Each has a bathroom en suite. All bathrooms have clothes closets with built-in chests of drawers and wardrobes. The French marble bathroom has a double sink vanity and shower. The other bathrooms have single sink vanities and tub/showers. Ceiling fans swirl the cool breezes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the luxury appliances and comforts of home. A security system protects the property and guests. The staff includes a cook, maid/laundress, and a night watchman. An assistant maid/laundress is added when there are four or more guests in villa. Children are not allowed.
